At ArtbyYonna, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing a positive shopping experience and are always happy to assist with any questions about your order, shipping, or our products. Please feel free to reach out — we do our best to respond within 24 to 48 hours. Your support means everything to us, and we are here to make sure you love your purchase.

 

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to you. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please ensure your shipping information is correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to find a solution. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, the order may already be in production or on its way to you.

 

For custom commissions, full payment is required. Because of the time, effort, and creative energy invested into creating each commissioned piece, refunds are not available once work has begun. By commissioning a painting with ArtbyYonna, you are agreeing to pay in full for the artist’s time, skill, and materials, even if changes of mind occur after the process has started.

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during your shopping experience will only be used for order fulfillment and communication purposes. Your information will never be shared or sold.

Wholesale Inquiries

Thank you for your interest in partnering with ArtbyYonna! As an independent artist, all pieces are personally created, packaged, and shipped by me. I currently offer select artworks for wholesale on a limited basis.

 

If you are a retailer, gallery, or boutique interested in carrying my work, please email Yonnav82@icloud.com with details about your business and the pieces you are interested in. Wholesale availability is limited to maintain the quality and uniqueness of each creation.
